Do I need a registration in order to shop at Decorbox?

You do not need to make an account to make an order at Decorbox. In this case the basic information collected from you will not be stored in our database and mailboxes but only be used to proceed and ship your current order and deleted after the successful delivery. We recommend though you create an account and benefit from the following services:  save your details up to five different addresses; You do not need to enter these details each time you shop from Decorbox; You can create a Wishlist and share it with friend and relatives; You can check your current order status and the history of your orders. Decorbox guarantees the highly secure handling of your personal data!

 

How can I find what I am looking for?

If you find yourself lost in the categories, plеаse use the search box on top right side of our page or try sorting the products by room or manufacturer. If your search results are not satisfying plеаse use fewer or only one keywords.

 

Do you have a minimum quantity?

There is not a minimum quantity you have to order. The choice is yours.

 

Can I order over the phone?

Absolutely, especially if you`re after some expert design advice. We`re available Monday through Saturday between 09:00 - 17:00 (GMT + 2), +359 52 985 372

 

The item I ordered is not available?

Our practice is to take off the products which are not available from the website. Nevertheless sometimes it is possible that the product you ordered is not available at the moment. In this case you will be notified via e-mail or phone call. If you have already made payment, do not worry, we will return the full purchase price or substitute the item with similar one by your choice.

 

Do I get an order confirmation?

After placing an order you will get a confirmation email. Please enter a valid e-mail address you use promptly and been checked automatically if possible to avoid missing some important messages from us. If we need to specify any details about your address we will contact you on the phone number you left. Giving insufficient or wrong details in your order makes it invalid. If you made an order by mistake or by any reason you need to cancel a placed order, please contact us as soon as possible to save our efforts and expenses on preparing and sending it to you.

 

What is my order status?

To check the status of your order begin by clicking the My Account link at the top of every page. After entering your username and password proceed to the MY ORDERS and you will find order status and tracking number there if order was sent to you.

 

Can I see my previous orders?

This service is available for registered users only. The history of all your orders is kept for unlimited time in your account. To access it you need to log in with your e-mail and password and go to MY ACCOUNT -> MY ORDERS.

 

PAYMENT and SECURITY

 

Are the prices tax included or excluded?

All the prices at Decorbox website are Bulgarian 20% VAT ( value added tax ) included. For Bulgaria and all the EU countries these are the end prices. For the rest of the countries the final amount of ordered items will be 20% tax excluded. You can see your final price on the first step of the check out by selecting the destination country and clicking update details button. Please be informed  that In this case your order might be a subject of your country additional local taxes and custom fees.

 

What are my payment options?

You have a choice of paying for your order using five methods: payment upon delivery (for Bulgaria only), payment by bank transfer, payment by PayPal, payment by ePay, secure direct payment by your credit or debit card on our website. see details >

 

What currencies can I use to pay at Decorbox?

All the payments for Bulgaria are made in BGN (lev). For the rest of the countries you have the choice to use Euro, US Dolar and GB Pound. To make it easier for our international customers we are using a technical solution called IP-recognition. The prices are shown in local currency depending on where the computer or the network server is located. If the computer being used is part of an international network the currency might be different from where you are located as the server is located outside your country.

 

Is your web site secure?

RIGHT OF RETURN and WARRANTY

 

What is your return policy?

As a customer of Decorbox you have the unconditional right to return your stock within 14 days if you are not fully satisfied. They must be accompanied by the original receipt and in original condition and packaging. You will be refunded the full purchase price shipping costs deducted except in the case of defective or wrong merchandise.

 

My item arrived damaged!?

We advice you always check your order before the shipping company officer or in their office if it is in a good condition. If you, when receiving a shipment, notice that it is damaged, we urge you not to sign the receipt and ask the officer to write a report. You may also contact customer service at Decorbox for more information. If you do not do this you will not be able to proof the damage was caused during the shipping and thus to apply for product change.

 

How do I exchange an item?

In case you receive your items not in the condition stated in your order or wrong items we are obliged to substitute them or return your money as we cover the shipping expences.

 

Is there a warranty on your products?

Decorbox.bg`s suppliers offer guarantee on some of their products. Contact customer service for more information about guarantee on a specific product.

How does Decorbox ship my order?

Decorbox uses different ways to deliver your orders depending on the specific items and destination country. You will be informed for the delivery of each your order.

 

Does Decorbox you ship to my country?

Decorbox  ships worldwide but not to all countries. Please check this list to see if your country is in. If not, do not hesitate to contact our customer service!

 

How do I determine the shipping charge on my order?

You can check the shipping charge of your order by clicking the SHOPPING BOX button on the top of the website between search box and currency selector. In your SHOPPING BOX ecxept the items you can see the shipping fee and destination country. To recognize your country we detect your IP address. Sometimes by different reasons inaccuracy is possible  in determination of the country or you may like to send your order to a different country. To see the shipping fee to the real destination you should proceed to first step of the check out by clicking on GO TO CHECKOUT button. There you will be able to change the country and by clicking the button UPDATE DETAILS to see shipping fee for your destination. You can then continue with your check out or go back for more items.

 

 

Can I track my order?

Order tracking is fully available on all orders. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your order and the website of the service provider.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATE

 

How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Our e-mail gift certificates are quick and easy. Personalize it online, and we`ll send it via e-mail directly to the recipient. To order a gift certificate, choose a value, specify the e-mail it should be sent to and add your own personal message (optional). 

 

Do you offer paper gift certificates?

There is a possibility to send the gift card directly to the recipient by courier or mail printed on a plastic card and in a luxurious package. To do this please check the relevant field when adding certificate to your shopping box. This would cost 6EUR and is added automatically to your delivery fee.

 

How do I use a gift certificate?

You can check your balance or redeem your card online. To do this you need to be a registered user at Decorbox. Аfter logging in or registering a new account press GIFT CERTIFICATE in the main menu or in MY ACCOUNT and enter the unique number of this certificate in the relevant field. The amount of the gift certificate will be available in your account for unlimited time. When you decide to use this amount for purchases choose availability in gift certificate for your payment method. If the gift certificate amount is not sufficient to pay the whole order you will be given an option to choose additional payment method. It is not necessary to spend the entire amount at once and the unused sum is kept in your balance for your next purchases. This gift certificate is intended only for buying products from decorbox.bg and could not be exchanged for any cash!


WISHLIST 

 

What is a Wishlist ?

The Whishlist is a place where you can store your favourite products while previewing them on decorbox.bg. There you can save the products with their specific properties you like - color, material, desired quantity. You can later decide to buy, delete or share your whishlist with friends and family so they can buy these items for you or someone else. If somebody buys a product from this list for you it will be automatically updated to avoid duplicated purchases. This is an ideal tool for weddings, birthdays and other occasions.

 

How do I search for a friend`s Wishlist?

To find someones wishlist you need to know his/her first and/or family name and to enter it in the search box on wishlist page. See the results - it should be there if the owner had made it public. If not try to search with fewer words. You have the rights to preview and buy the products from all wishlists made public but cannot edit or delete them.

 

How to create a wishlist with Decorbox?

To make your own Wishlist you need to make an account first. Then to add you need to be logged in and to use "add to wishlist" button just bellow the price of each product. You can review your wishlist by clicking WISHLIST button in the top main menu on each page of decorbox.bg or in MY ACCOUNT.

Worldwide Shipping

 

We offer standard and express shipping within EU. You will have the possibility to compare and choose one of the methods when making your order. For Greece and Romania for example express delivery is cheaper than standard. For the countries outside EU we offer standard shipping only due to much higher prices of DHL, UPS and FedEx in Bulgaria but if you really need a faster delivery, please call our support on +359 52 985 372 or write us an e-mail:service@decorbox.bg.

 

When ordering a product from Decorbox.bg, you will be informed which the current way of deliverance will be. Though the expected time of delivery varies for different countries you will find expected time of delivery next to the information about the selected product. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send by e-mail shipping confirmation and  a tracking number if available. You can check meanwhile your Decorbox account for order status and tracking number.

 

Decorbox.bg is responsible if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation to the customer. If the shipment is damaged or lost when returning it on your request, you are responsible for loss or damage. We suggest that returning products are being shipped in the original container/box or similar if possible. We also recommend that the shipment is insured.

Shipping within Bulgaria

 

Free shipping on all orders above 200lv (approx. 100EUR, 150USD, 90GBP) within Bulgaria. Your shipping fee will be automatically deducted when reaching an order amount of 200lv.

 

Delivery within Bulgaria normally takes 3-5 working days. Sometimes delays are possible on circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will contact you to keep you informed.

 

You have an option for Fixed time delivery. To make an order with fixed time delivery, please call us on +359 52 985 372 or write us an e-mail:service@decorbox.bg to confirm it. The fixed time could be any time between 10:30 and 17:30  ±10min. For this service you owe an additional fee.

You can pay for your order using the following methods:

 

- Payment upon delivery :

This option is for Bulgaria only. You pay the due amount in cash to the courier. The delivery fee is included in the order amount and you do not have to pay any additional money to the shipping company.

 

- PayPal - This system allows you to pay by credit/debit cards, bank accounts or available funds in your Paypal account. When choosing this method you will be taken to PayPal secure website where you`ll be asked to log in and verify your order and desired payment method, before returning to Decorbox.bg once payment has been made.

You do not owe any money to the shipping company upon receiving your order.

 

- e-Pay - This is the Bulgarian equivalent of PayPal. It allows you to pay by credit/debit cards, bank accounts or available funds in your ePay account. You will need registration on www.ebay.bg to use this service. When choosing this method you will be taken to ePay secure website where you`ll be asked to log in and verify your order and desired payment method, before returning to Decorbox.bg once payment has been made.

You do not owe any money to the shipping company upon receiving your order.

Important Notes:

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will be taken to an order confirmation page, in addition, an email confirmation of your order will be sent to your registered email address. 

 

The fee for Fixed time delivery is not included in the shipping fee. If you need to place an order with fixed time delivery, please call us on tel.: 052 985 372 in advance to confirm it. The fixed time coluld be any time between 10:30 and 17:30  ±10minutes.

 

You will be issued a receipt for your order which is an official document you can use to proof your purchase and allowing you to return any product. If you need an invoice as well, please fill in the necessary fields bellow your address details fields. The invoice will be sent to you with your order.

When you order a product from a whishlist and sending it as a gift you will have to pay by one of the following methods - by bank transfer, by PayPal, by ePay or by direct payment with your VISA or MASTERCARD on our website. Payment upon delivery is not present in this case.

Shopping online at Decorbox.bg is simple, comfortable and secure. You can use either the left navigation to find the products that you are looking for or use the search box in the top right of every page where you can enter keyword or product number. Once you have found the items you are looking for, choose the desired color/material and size. Changing these parameters you`ll see its price updating immediately. Click on the add to shopping box button that relates to the product of your choice.

 

You have the possibility to save favorite items in your own wishlist and buy them whenever you decide. You can share this list with friends as well who can buy from there presents for you or themselves.

 

To see the items in your shopping box press on the shopping box button. If you need to remove any product from your shopping box click delete. If you need to change any product quantity you can do it right in the shopping box writing the new quantity and clicking update button to see how the prices change. If you need to edit the color/material or size of a product click on its picture on the left.

 

When you have added all desired products go to the checkout by clicking Go to checkout button in your shopping box. If you have shopped with Decorbox.bg before, simply log into your account using your registered e-mail address and password then proceed to the checkout. If you are a new customer, you can either register before proceeding to the checkout or buy without registration. At checkout, you will be asked to confirm your delivery address, name and payment method details. If you have mistaken something go back with Correction button. If your information is correct you can finish your order.

 

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will be taken to an order confirmation page, in addition, an email confirmation of your order will be sent to your registered email address.
